Shipping & Handling
Free shipping for orders above PKR 1999 or USD 150 for international orders.
All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 10-12 working days in Pakistan and 10-15 working days for international orders. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact us at customercare@mumbleclothing.com
Orders will be packed and shipped between Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays.
Due to increased orders, please expect delays during the days of Sale.
Returns & Exchange
- Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with its original receipt and tags. Please contact us immeidiatly at any of the given channels.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles on their own expense.
- You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
- Once a product has shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
